When will I get my order?
Every shirt is printed just for you after you order. Printing takes 2–5 business days and delivery within the US takes 3–7 business days after it ships, so most orders arrive in 5–12 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $4.99 within the US, and free on orders of $50 or more.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to the 50 US states.
How do the shirts fit?
Unisex retail fit. Most women size down one size for a fitted look; size up for an oversized look. See our size guide for exact measurements.
Can I return or exchange my shirt?
Because every shirt is made to order, we can't take returns for the wrong size or a change of mind. If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Details in our refund policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at pedroelfire@gmail.com right away. If your shirt hasn't gone to print yet, we'll change or cancel it for you. Once it's printed we can't cancel it, since it was made just for you.
How do I care for my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the design and skip the bleach.
Where are your shirts made?
Each shirt is printed to order by our production partners in the USA and shipped straight to you.
Can I order matching shirts for my whole unit?
Yes! Add the sizes you need to your cart and check out as usual. Ordering 10 or more? Email us at pedroelfire@gmail.com first and we'll help you get the order right.
