Shipping policy

Every Twelve Hour Club item is made to order, just for you. Here's what to expect after you check out.

Processing time

Orders are printed in 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery within the US usually takes 3–7 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days in total. Busy seasons like November and December can add a few days.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $4.99 flat rate per order
Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. We don't ship internationally at the moment.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your order includes several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us at pedroelfire@gmail.com and we'll help. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout: we can't be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but we're happy to reship them at cost.
